ECW One Night Stand(2006) was held on June 11, 2006, at the Hammerstein Ballroom in the Manhattan borough of New York with attendance of 2460. Total seen matches took place featuring both Raw and Smackdown Superstars.
John Cena vs Rob Van Dam was the main feud of the event, they two battle for the WWE Championship. This match was RVD Money in the Bank Cash-in. Next match was Rey Mysterio versus Sabu for the World Heavyweight Championship, which ended in a no contest after Sabu executed a Triple Jump DDT on Mysterio through a table on to the floor and both superstars unable to wrestle, as a result, Mysterio retained the title. Another match was Edge, Mick Foley, and Lita versus Terry Funk, Tommy Dreamer and Beulah McGillicutty in a Hardcore Intergender match.

- Edge, Lita and Mick Foley defeated Beulah McGillicutty, Terry Funk and Tommy Dreamer – Intergender Extreme Rules match
- Balls Mahoney defeated Masato Tanaka – Extreme Rules match
- Rob Van Dam defeated John Cena (c) – Extreme Rules match for the WWE Championship (This was Rob Van Dam’s Money in the Bank cash-in match)
