Samoa Joe In-Ring Return Update
Samoa Joe was injured during the flim shoot and joined the announcers table during the pandemic shows. Now WWE is planning for his in-ring return.
During the Wrestling Observer Radio, a fan asked about Samoa Joe situation to Dave Meltzer. Then he said that Samoa Joe will wrestle again but he will remain in commentary in the meantime.
“When he first started doing the announcing I was told that he was too valuable as a talent to have him as an announcer, but obviously minds changed from when I was told that to when they decided to revamp it.”
Joe suffered multiple concussions so WWE wants him far from ring. It’s not clear whether he was ready to return to the ring but for now he will still remain in the announcers desk.
