AJ Styles Had Talks To Sign With AEW Last Year
WWE Superstar AJ Styles had resigned with WWE last year but before that he had talks with AEW to debut on the show. During in his recent Twitch Live Stream, AJ revealed that he had talks with AEW to debut on the show.
AJ said that Bucks are there buddies and had talks to coming to AEW as his WWE Contract is going to expire. But he resigned with WWE and also mentioned that it’s all business.
“Yeah, there were talks. Look, it’s a business. My contract in WWE was going to expire and there were talks happening. The Bucks are my buddies and We never discussed money or anything, but there were talks about coming in. Again, it’s all business.” (H/T: Wrestling Inc)
Matt Jackson also revealed that original plan is to reunion of Bullet with AJ Styles and Good Brothers – Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson at Madison Square Garden. But AJ Styles ended up resigning with the company and stayed at WWE.q
