Jim Ross Shared His Opinion On Roman Reigns Heel Turn
Roman Reigns caught everyone’s eye ever since his return at Summer Slam PPV last month. He took time off several months due to pandemic and returned to WWE directly setting his eyes on Universal Title.
Later he shocked everyone in the Pro Wrestling business by joining with Former Brock Lesnar advocate Paul Heyman and captured the Universal Title from The Fiend Bray Wyatt.
Recent episode of Grilling JR Podcast, WWE Hall of Famer and current AEW commentator, Jim Ross discussed about Roman Reigns heel turn and shared his thoughts on him.
He said that it’s fit for Roman and likes his new attitude. He also said that whether he is fan favourite or Villain but everyone know that what’s he is going to be with Paul Heyman.
“It seems like it’s a fit, at least now they have a fighting chance to get Roman over as a viable something. It’s not, ‘Is he a tweener? Is he a fan favourite? Is he a villain?’ We know pretty much what he’s going to be with Heyman.” (h/t Wrestling INC)
Right now Roman Reigns is set to take on his own cousin Jey Uso at WWE Clash of Champions PPV. Jey won the Fatal Four Way match at WWE SmackDown last week and earned the opportunity to face Universal Champion Roman Reigns.
