Jeff Hardy Thanked Randy Orton’s Wife For Innovative Spot In His Match
Jeff Hardy is one of the great performer and known for his high-flying dangerous moves in WWE. He had some great memorable matches and take risks to perform dangerous and innovative moves.
Jeff Hardy recently had an interview with TV Insider, where he revealed the innovative spot suggested by Randy Orton’s Wife long time ago. He said that once Randy’s gave an idea of handcuffing his earlobe to the ropes, which was used in his Triple Threat Ladder Match at Clash of Champions.
“Even in the ladder match or doing the Hell in a Cell match with Randy Orton — I have to give Randy’s wife props for the handcuff spot in that one. Years ago she mentioned, what if handcuffs were possible and being tied from the ropes to your earlobe. For this ladder match, I thought about what if they connected me to the ladder with handcuffs.”
At Clash of Champions PPV, Sami Zyan handcuffed Jeff Hardy’s earlobe to a ladder in Triple Threat Ladder Match for Intercontinental Championship. He also handcuffed AJ Styles to himself and later unlocked it before grabbing the IC Title.
This wasn’t the first time an object was used to Hardy’s earlobe. Previously, Randy Orton drove a screwdriver through his earlobe at Hell In A Cell in 2018. Currently, Jeff Hardy is feuding with Elias on Monday Night Raw.
