From the past few weeks, The Miz and John Morrison are trying to take away Money in the Bank Contract from Otis. They also filed a lawsuit against Otis for Money in the Bank negligence.

Tonight on the Smackdown, finally verdict about the situation of MITB briefcase came out. WWE aired a segment of “Law & Otis” Court Room segment with Court deputy Ron Simmons and JBL as judge.

The Miz said that Otis is not honouring the briefcase as previous holder and it should be at honorable superstar like him. Then Otis said that he had won the MITB briefcase and it should be with him. 

Rey Mysterio and Asuka are provided as witnesses for Otis winning the MITB Contract, Asuka said something in Japanese but JBL says he didn’t understand anything. Then Tedd Long appears and said he understood every word. 

Tucker also talked to Otis favour and JBL is ready to gave verdict to favour of Otis. But Miz said that he had another key evidence and Bailiff Simmons bought it to JBL, he opens it and “ca-ching” sound.

JBL looks at the briefcase and said that he had not choice and said that at Hell In A Cell PPV, Otis will face The Miz with Money in the Bank Contract on the line. JBL was just bribed with cash.
