Reason For NXT Not Being Part Of Survivor Series 2020 Reportedly Revealed

WWE Survivor Series is going to take place on November 22nd at WWE ThunderDome at Amway Center in Orlando, Florida. Last year’s Survivor Series was a massive successful PPV which involved Raw, Smackdown and NXT for brand supremacy and NXT won the Battle.
But this year, it’s look like Black and Gold brand may not be involved in this year’s Survivor Series. Last year NXT showed the dominant performance and fans are disappointed for not involving NXT brand this year.
According to the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, teh reason for not involving NXT brand this year to prevent any more Covid-19 outbreaks. At Performance Center there is an outbreak of cases and Vince McMahon wants to keep NXT away from the Raw and Smackdown for safety measures.
There is also speculation that WWE is no more wants to portray NXT as level as Raw and Smackdown, that the reason they are also not involved in the recent WWE Draft.
WWE have announced massive matches for Survivor Series 2020 PPV that involves Champion vs. Champion matches and traditional 5-on-5 elimination matches between the Raw and Smackdown brands.

• Asuka (RAW Women’s Champion) vs Sasha Banks (SmackDown Women’s Champion)
• Bobby Lashley (United States Champion) vs Sami Zayn (Intercontinental Champion)
• Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods (RAW Tag Team Champions) vs The Street Profits (SmackDown Tag Team Champions)
