Reason For Quick Ending Of Brock Lesnar vs. Cain Velasquez Match Revealed By Arn Anderson

The Beast Brock Lesnar is one of the hard hitting wrestler in WWE who also had MMA background. Lesnar faced his old UFC rival Cain Velasquez in WWE last year at Crown Jewel PPV in Saudi Arabia.
Cain Velasquez stepped in the WWE ring for the first time against Brock Lesnar but that match was ended in just two minutes. Arn Anderson, who was worked at backstage in WWE for long time, revealed the reason for quick ending.
On his latest edition of Arn Show, Anderson talked about Brock Lesnar vs. Cain Velasquez match and revealed the reason why that match ended quickly.
He said that both are the heavy hitters and they can knock your head completely off. They had potential to finish the match quickly and it did.

“No, when you got heavy hitters like that and you got heavy hands like those guys do – those heavyweights, man – they will knock your head completely off.


“So, we knew that Brock was going to go for the kill just by his nature and Cain Velasquez was a really skilled guy. That’s what he trained for. He wasn’t a professional wrestler or anything else. He’s a professional fighter. So, we knew that one had the potential to have a quick finish and fireworks and it did.” (H/T: WrestlingInc)
In that Brock Lesnar defended his WWE title and match ended after Brock Lesnar applying Kimura Lock on Cain and he tapped out. After Velasquez didn’t wrestle any match in WWE and he was out of WWE TV due to injury, later he was released by WWE as a part of their COVID-19 budget cuts.
