WWE Is Planning To Leave Amway Center Soon

Due to pandemic, WWE had moved all it’s shows to Performance Center and later on August 21, they made debut in WWE ThunderDome at Amway Center, Orlando, Florida with Virtual Fans. Now, WWE is planning to move from Amway Center in December.

Recently WrestleVotes gave an update regarding the WWE future at Amway Center. According to the report, WWE is set to leave Amway Center by the 1st December.
This report also states that arenas in North Carolina, Texas and Illinois were discussed for the WWE events. WWE is finding the arena which can able to hold the weight and power requirements of the ThunderDome setup.

ThunderDome update: source states WWE is set to leave the Amway Center by the 1st of December. Arenas in North Carolina, Texas & Illinois were discussed over the weekend. WWE needs to find a spot where NO team plays + able to house the weight & power requirements of the setup.

A newer arena is preferred as the weight of the ThunderDome won’t work with older buildings. Also, a major travel hub is needed as talent will be flying in and out each week. Not the easiest combination of things to find.
