Welcome to Sports Arenaa WWE News!!!!!!!!!
WWE Hall of Famer and former WWE backstage executive Arn Anderson recently spoke about Tribal Cheif Roman Reigns on his ARN podcast. He said that the guy like Roman Reigns should have been heel since The Shield broke up.
He said that he have stayed as heel when the The Shield debuted on main roster and WWE should have turned two Superstars to babyface and Roman should stayed as heel. He also stated that he should have turned as babyface once in proper time then that would be a massive movement for him.
“When you have somebody special like that, you have to have a goal and a game plan for him. He should have stayed a heel from the days of The Shield when they were first brought aboard as heels. You could have turned the other two guys. You should have singled Roman out as a heel. He could have stayed a heel all this time and had one turn at the proper time that mattered. When you flip flop your personality and your characters and your heel or babyface, good guy or bad guy so many times back and forth, people can’t trust you.” (H/T: WrestlingNews)
After The Shield broke up, Roman Reigns stayed as babyface. Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose had heel run but Reigns was used as babyface and replaced John Cena as face of the company.
After a brief hiatus earlier this year, Roman Reigns returned at Summer Slam and attacked The Fiend Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman. He joined Paul Heyman and turned heel for the first time and won the Universal Title by defeating The Fiend. He had feud with his cousin Jey Uso and elevated his heel persona. And we have wait what WWE had held for Roman Reigns in future.
