At Hell In A Cell pay-per-view, The Tribal Cheif Roman Reigns successfully defended his Universal Title against his cousin Jey Uso in first-ever Hell In A Cell “I Quit” Match. But WWE had planned another big match at Hell In A Cell pay-per-view which was cancelled later.

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that Roman Reigns vs. Jey Uso wasn’t the original plan at Hell In A Cell. Meltzer revealed that WWE have planned a fatal-four way match between the Roman Reigns, The Fiend, Braun Strowman and a fourth person.

Last month also it was reported that WWE had nixed the plans for big match between The Fiend and Tribal Cheif. With the introduction of new Paul Heyman inspired puppet “Wobbly Walrus” in Firefly Fun House and Alexa Bliss’s cold stare at Roman Reigns indicates that match between Reigns and Bray Wyatt going to happen but later it didn’t take place.

Now, Bray Wyatt, Alexa Bliss and Braun Strowman were drafted to Monday Night Raw and The Big Dog Roman Reigns remained as most integral part of blue brand. Dave Meltzer also reported that there were few names WWE considering as Roman Reigns next opponents, that list includes Big E, Daniel Bryan, Kevin Owens and Rey Mysterio.

Roman Reigns also showed interest in huge match against The Rock at WrestleMania. Currently, Universal Champion Roman Reigns going to face WWE Champion Randy Orton at Survivor Series 2020 PPV to represent their respective brands.
