Reason Why Mercedes Martinez No Longer Part Of RETRIBUTION Stable Reportedly Revealed

When RETRIBUTION made debut in WWE, it consists of five core members, who received main roster contracts and Mercedes Martinez (Retaliation) was also one of member in that stable but later she was removed.
According to the PWInsider reports, Mercedes Martinez is no longer part of RETRIBUTION stable and moved back to NXT but WWE yet to make official announcement about thet move.
According to the report from Fightful Select, Mercedes Martinez personally requested management to remove from the faction. It also reported that WWE had no plans to add any other female talent as her replacement for now.
The word among talent is that Mercedes Martinez extended her desire to no longer be a part of the angle and was removed from the group before they all signed new contracts.

Martinez was wrestled in NXT for nine months before joining the RETRIBUTION and even she made appearance in 2020 Royal Rumble. She also paired up with Robert Stone for brief period and she wrestled her last in NXT on September 8th in a Steel Cage match against Rhea Ripley, in which she lost.
