The Street Profits Discusses About Their Singles Run In WWE

The Street Profits recently had an interview with Sports Illustrated and they were asked about if they would ever have singles run in WWE.
Angelo Dawkins said that there plan is to remain as team but if they had singles run they both would support eachother. Dawkins also stated that their main goal is to be top of the Tag Team division.
“The plan is to remain a team. If singles runs happen, we’ll be there to support one another. I’ll support Tez and I’m sure he’ll support me, but the main goal for us right now is to raise up into the upper echelon of the tag team division.”
Montez Ford also spoke about there singles run and it that happens they want similar scenario like The New Day. They wants to support eachother if he or Dawkins had singles run in their success.
“If that ever happens, I feel like it will be a similar scenario to the New Day. They’re in support of Big E in his singles run. I want people I love and care about to succeed, whether it’s Dawkins going solo or seeing my wife be successful, I want to see that happen whether we’re together or whether we’re solo.”
During the WWE Draft, New Day got split up for the first time after six years. Big E is set for singles push on Smackdown and Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods moved to Raw as Tag Team.
The Street Profits also moved to Smackdown during the draft and they exchanged their Raw Tag Team Titles with New Day for their Smackdown Tag Team Titles as a part of brand switch. Now, the both teams going to face eachother at Survivor Series as a Tag Team Champions of their respective brands.
