The Rated-R superstar Edge choose Roman Reigns as his WrestleMania opponent and he will challenge him for Universal Title at the Grandest Stage them All.
At Elimination Chamber 2021, Roman Reigns successfully defended his Universal title against #1 Contender Elimination Chamber winner Daniel Bryan. Following the match, Edge showed and speared Roman Reigns. Then, he pointed towards WrestleMania sign and picked Head of the Table as his opponent at Show of shows.
Later, WWE also officially announced that Edge will challenge Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 37 for Universal Title. But one of the fan expressed his unhappiness and hates Edge decision to pick Universal Champion as his opponent. That fan also stated that there will be no good feuds for Edge for him on Smackdown after winning the Universal Title.
