Nexus vs. RETRIBUTION Teased By Former WWE Superstar At WrestleMania 37
The Nexus was the one of the most popular stable in WWE during 2010 to 2011 and that faction includes Wade Barrett, Darren Young, Heath Slater and David Otunga. This faction was led by Wade Barrett and dissolved in August 2011. Now, the former Nexus member teased the faction reunion at WrestleMania 37.
The former WWE Superstar Fred Rosser, known as Darren Young during his time in WWE, recently had an interview with Danial Ali of The DropKick Podcast and spoke about Wade Barret. During the show, he was asked about possibility of moving to WWE like his former teammate Barrett.
Then, Fred Rosser said that there will be most likely Nexus reunion at WrestleMania in Tampa. He also teased a match with RETRIBUTION faction at the Shows of Show. Here what he said
“Yeah well most likely, Wrestlemania in Tampa again with the crowd. We’re gonna come back. The Nexus, him being on commentary and he’s gonna rise up from the table and we’re gonna show up and defeat Retribution. I shouldn’t have dropped the news but, oops but it will be fun.”
Previously, Nexus scheduled to make an appearance at last year’s WrestleMania, which was revealed by Rosser himself, but that plan was cancelled by WWE due to pandemic. So, it maybe likely happen this year’s WrestleMania.
