WWE Elimination Chamber 2021 Results: Riddle Became The New United States Champion

Riddle and WWE United States Champion Bobby Lashley began their feud in December 2020. On Jan 4th, 2021 episode of Raw, Riddle defeated Lashley in non-title match and earned the US Title match following week on Raw but Riddle lost that match.

On January 25th episode of Raw, Riddle won the Gauntlet Match against all Hurt Business members to earn another title opportunity. On following week Raw, Riddle won that match against Bobby Lashley via disqualification but didn’t won the title. 

Following week on Raw, Riddle and Keith Lee had confrontation at backstage, where Lee stated that he wants to win the US title and brings up Riddle’s title loses. Later that night, Keith Lee defeated Riddle in singles match but after the match Lashley attacked Lee and Riddle. That leads to Triple Threat Match between them for WWE United States Title at Elimination Chamber 2021 PPV.

In the Elimination Chamber kick-off show, WWE announced that Keith Lee is out of the match due to injury and John Morrison, Elias, Mustafa Ali and Ricochet will battle win fatal 4-way match to earn that spot. John Morrison won the match and replaced Keith Lee.

At the start of the match, Bobby Lashley took out John Morrison and took him out at ringside. Then, Riddle tries to attack Lashley but he took out Riddle too. Fight continues. Later Morrison and Riddle teamed up to take out Bobby Lashley. Later, fight continued between Riddle and John Morrison.

At the end of the match, Morrison tries to use MVP’s crutches on Bobby Lashley but Lashley counter-attacked and applied Hurt lock. Then, Riddle throws Lashley out of the ring and hit Bro Derek to Morrison. Then, he pins John Morrison to win the United States Championship.
