– Tonight’s show opened by The Universal Champion Roman Reigns coming towards ring with Paul Heyman and Jey Uso. Roman Reigns talks about his Universal Champion defence at Elimination Chamber pay-per-view against Daniel Bryan and how he operates at higher level than anyone else in the ring but it’s isn’t perfect because of Edge.
Reigns says Edge got one, he speared him and pointed towards sign to make their official at WrestleMania 37. But Edge doesn’t needed it in his life and he gave a chance to back out of this match. Reigns says Edge had a beautiful family, he’s a father and a husband, and I don’t want to hurt him. But music interrupts, here comes Daniel Bryan.
Bryan says Roman Reigns title defence is nearly a perfect from Reigns point of view but people think it was cowardly to come out after Elimination Chamber to defend title against exhausted guy and that’s not make him a real Champion. Bryan says he’s not her to complaint but he was perplexed by Head of the Table defended his title in second match instead of main event or not giving him enough time. And challenges for another Universal Championship Match at WWE Fastlane.
Then, Jey says he hear is bunch of excuses and if he wants to get another shot then Bryan have to go through him. Then, Reigns says Bryan really wants to hurt again but Jey Uso attacked Daniel Bryan and sends him to floor. And Roman Reigns poses with his title.
– Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville at backstage talking about their options, Edge walks up and asks about possibility of Daniel Bryan getting Universal Championship Match at WWE Fastlane if he defeat Jey Uso tonight. Edge says he wants to talk about it.
– Jey Uso at backstage with Roman Reigns and apologizes, he couldn’t let Daniel Bryan to disrespect him. Then, Reigns there’s no apologies here until Jey Uso get his job done tonight. Reigns says go and handle it.
– Edge with Adam Pearce at backstage, he says how he thought of him & Daniel Bryan facing Roman Reigns and Jey Uso at WWE Fastlane. Then Pearce says that was tentative and before Bryan challenges Roman Reigns for title. Pearce says they have bigger spectacle for this match and Universal Title is still be more important.
– Otis and Chad Gable defeated Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio via Pinfall.
– Apollo Crews in the ring with new ring attire and scarf that he out around his neck. He says lot of talking about him and why this sudden change, this isn’t the Apollo Crews we know. Crews says honestly they didn’t know anything about him. He has been a humble and nice guy for long time but he didn’t get it in return.
Then, Crews talks about his ancestors and his colors in his ring gear represent wealth, dominance and power. Big E found out that last week and he guarantees Big E won’t disrespect him again and as far as Shinsuke Nakamura tonight, he will suffer same tonight. Then, Nakamura came out and attacked Crews and brawl breaks out.
– Apollo Crews defeated Shinsuke Nakamura via Pinfall.
– Paul Heyman at backstage with Roman Reigns. Heyamn says Daniel Bryan possibly getting title shot at Fastlane if he defeat Jey Uso tonight. Reigns says think over it.
– Tamina Snuka defeated Liv Morgan via Pinfall.
– Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville in the ring and talks about Binaca Belair being the future of WWE. Now, she will make her WrestleMania 37 decision and introduced her. Here come the 2021 Women’s Royal Rumble Winner Bianca Belair.
Deville asks will she choose Raw Women’s Champion Asuka or the Smackdown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks. Belair says everyone is waiting for her decision and her mother told her life is all about making right decisions. Then, she was going to announce her opponent but Reginald interrupts her.
Reginald says her mother is right and this decision will impact her future. He talks about how close they have at Banks when they are teamed up and deep in his heart Belair’s dream will quickly dissolve into nightmare if she chooses Sasha Banks. Then, music interrupts and Smackdown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks came out.
Banks tells to Reginald not to speak for her. Then, she tells Belair that she is more than a champion and if she wants to make history and become the topic of conversation, then, she have to choose Sasha Banks. Banks doens’t think Belair is the EST of WWE because The Boss is #1 here which makes Bianca Belair is second.
Then, Belair says she is going to make Banks eat her words at Show of shows and going to take the title form her and show entire world how she is strongest, fastest and everything. Belair points towards WrestleMania 37 sign and sys Sasha Banks is on.
– Sami Zyan and his documentary crew appears and Sami Zyan interviews King Corbin. Sami asks what he thinks about conspiracy against Sami. Corbin asks why he’s teaming up with him tonight. Sami says he need a big win and they have chemistry, which can win the Tag Team Titles if they work together. But Corbin isn’t interested.
– Street Profits defeated King Corbin and Sami Zyan via Pinfall.
– Kayla Braxton at backstage with Daniel Bryan and asks about possibility of facing Edge at WrestleMania 37. Then, Bryan says he is just now focused on winning against Jey Uso, then, to beat Roman Reigns at WWE Fastlane. He has respect for Edge but didn’t know if Edge had what it takes to beat Roman Reigns.
Then, Edge appears and had some friendly words. Then, Edge asks who win at WrestleMania if he and Bryan faces. Bryan says he will leave it to him. Bryan says it’s fun to talk about possibilities, but it’s doesn’t matter of he didn’t beat Jey Uso tonight and walks off.
– Seth Rollins in the ring and talks about his complaint to WWE Management. He got tremendous response in social media but music hits and here comes the Cesrao and ready to fight with him. But Rollins pleaded to stop him.
Seth talks about what happened previously isn’t his fault and won’t happen again. Last week he didn’t call Cesaro a loser but Twitter just blew what he said out of proportion. Rollins asks for a chance to make it right. Seth Rollins gives some motivation words to Cesaro.
He says that killer instinct is missing in Cesaro and he will give it to him. Rollins tells him to imagine them working together on Smackdown and will become the unstoppable force. If he would have listened to him two weeks back he would have become the Universal Champion at Elimination Chamber. Rollins mentions Cesaro to embarce the vision. But Cesaro tackles him and put him through Swing. Then, hits a big uppercut and exists the ring.
– Daniel Bryan vs. Jey Uso match ended in double count out. After the match, Bryan continued attacking Jey Uso but Roman Reigns came out for save. But Bryan got upper hand and goes for Yes Lock but Uso hits superkick to Bryan. Then, Roman Reigns hits a spear to Bryan and goes to Guillotine lock. Then, Roman Reigns raises his Universal Title and Smackdown goes off air.
