The former NXT North American Champion Damian Priest was the recent main roster call up from the NXT brand. He debuted at Royal Rumble 2021 pay-per-view and had got notable WWE TV time on Monday Night Raw.

Now, Fightful Select revealed a report regarding the backstage reactions to Damian Priest’s work on the main roster till now.

According to the report, Damian Priest got high positive marks after his work on Monday Night Raw. High-Level sources in the company stated that Priest is ‘extremely well-liked’ at backstage and ‘turned heads’ during his Royal Rumble appearance and following debut on Raw.

It was also reported that one employee within the WWE stated that Priest was offered a ‘full plate’ in his two weeks on Raw in terms of workload by WWE and he did everything they could have expected him as WWE performer and checked all boxes.

Currently, Damian Priest was working along with Bad Bunny on Raw and involved in feud with The Miz and John Morrison. On this week’s Raw, Bad Bunny won the 24/7 Championship with the help of Damian Priest. 

There was also speculation that Damian Priest & Bad Bunny would have Tag Team match at WrestleMania 37 against The Miz and John Morrison.
