The 2010 Elimination Chamber was the first annual Elimination Chamber pay-per-view took place on February 21st, 2010 at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri with attendance of 17000. This event features superstars from both Raw and SmackDown brands. Total seven matches took place at the event including one dark match.

The main event of the show is The Undertaker defending his World Heavyweight championship in Elimination Chamber Match against Chris Jerico, John Morrison, Rey Mysterio, CM Punk and R-Truth. And other Elimination Chamber Match is Sheamus to defend his WWE Championship against John Cena, Triple H, Kofi Kingston, Ted DiBiase and Randy Orton. 

Other title matches are Intercontinental Champion Drew McIntyre set to defend his title against Kane and The Miz to defend his United States Championship against MVP in singles match. 

• Christian defeated Ezekiel Jackson in Singles Match (Dark Match)

• John Cena defeated Triple H, Sheamus (c), Kofi Kingston, Ted DiBiase, and Randy Orton in Elimination Chamber Match and became new WWE Champion.

• Batista defeated John Cena (c) in Singles Match and became New WWE Champion.

• Drew McIntyre (c) defeated Kane in Singles Match and retained his Intercontinental Title.

• LayCool (Layla and Michelle McCool) defeated Gail Kim and Maryse in Tag Team Match.

• The Miz (c) (with Big Show) defeated Montel Vontavious Porter (with Mark Henry) in Singles Match and retained his US Title.

• Chris Jericho defeated The Undertaker (c), John Morrison, Rey Mysterio, CM Punk (with Luke Gallows and Serena), and R-Truth in Elimination Chamber Match and became the New World Heavyweight Champion.
