Tonight’s Wednesday Night NXT is live from WWE Capitol Wrestling Center at Orlando, Florida. NXT announced that Karrion Kross will face Santos Escobar in No Disqualification match, Dexter Lumis will take on NXT North American Champion Johnny Gargano and Killian Dain & Drake Maverick will fight The Grizzled Young Veterans in Tag Team Match.
Adam Cole also will appear to explain his actions on his former teammate Kyle O’Reilly.

– Dexter Lumis defeated Johnny Gargano via pinfall.
– NXT General Manager William Regal at parking lot and tells camera man that once Karrion Kross arrives tell him to meet him.
– McKenzie Mitchell at backstage with MSK and asks them about their NXT Tag Team Title match against Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch on next week, NXT. But suddenly, they were attacked by Grizzled Young Veterans and talks some trash.
– Tyler Rust came out along with Malcolm Bivens for his match against Leon Ruff. Biven talks about Leon Ruff success on NXT and tonight Ruff got lifetime opportunity of facing Rust. Then, Ruff made his entrance but he was suddenly attacked by Isaiah ‘Swerve’ Scott and beat him down.
– McKenzie Mitchell at backstage with Zoey Stark and asks about her match against NXT Women’s Champion Io Shirai next. Stark says she had many emotions right now and she’s just ready to be out there but camera freezes due to some technical issues.
– NXT Women’s Champion Io Shirai defeated Zoey Stark via pinfall in non-title match. After the match, Io Shirai celebrates in the ring and Stark trying to get on her feet. Shirai gives her hand and they hugs each other.
Then, Toni Strom came out and taunts Io Shirai. She says she kicked off Shirai’s head last week and can’t do anything about that. At NXT Takeover: Vengeance Day, Shirai pinned Mercedes Martinez because she can’t beat Toni. Shirai says she will fight Strom at anytime and any place, says her to find William Regal to get match against her.
– McKenize at backstage and stops The Way, who are hurry to leave the arena. Gargano is upset for Austin Theory not using chair on Lumis. Candice LeRae agrees with Gargano and says Lumis should be jailed. They asks Indi Hartwell but she says he’s kind of hot. Gargano and LeRae isn’t happy with Hartwell and Theory. Johnny rants and says Theory is going to Therapy.
– Cameron Grimes basket ball segment aired.
– Xia Li defeated Kacy Catanzaro by referee stoppage. After the match, Carter and officials checks on Kacy, Carter storms near Ling and Boa to get out of her way. Referee taking Kacy to backstage but Li drop her with kick. Li exits the ring and poses with Ling & Boa.
– The Grizzled Young Veterans defeated Drake Maverick & Killian Dain via pinfall.
– Killian Dain carries Drake to the locker and calls for doctor. Imperium’s Alexander Wolfe walks up and ask what’s this, Dain used to be a monster but now he’s not. Then, Killian thinking about it.
– Karrion Kross defeated Santos Escobar via pinfall in No DQ match.
– NXT aired the pre-recorded video of LA Knight. He says NXT is his game and everyone is asking when he will debut. He says he will debut in one week or next three months and do things on his way. But when he comes to NXT, fans will see their favorite superstar stomped by him.
– Adam Cole makes his way to the ring to explain about his actions against Kyle O’Reilly. NXT aired the footage of Cole attacking O’Reilly.
Cole says he’s here to explain his actions but watching this footage makes him sick. He talks about importance of NXT Title and he doesn’t like the way he used to be for past several weeks. He says Kyle got several opportunities for NXT Title but he failed and no excuse for his actions. After watching this footage, he was ashamed of himself and talks about his brotherhood with Kyle.
Cole says he’s sorry for it and he will whatever it takes to fix this, then, Roderick Strong came out and says Cole is feeling sorry now from past ten days. He talks about how Undisputed Era builds on trust and having each other’s back. Strong says Kyle heals and he’s not sure if Cole is safe from Kyle.
Then, NXT Champion Finn Balor came out and marching towards ring. Strong tries to stop him but Finn pushes him way and attacked Cole in the ring. Then, Strong came to the ring and attacked Balor. They continued brawl at ringside, then Cole took out Balor with superkick. Strong is in the ring and Cole came near to check him but Strong hit Cole.
Cole is down and gets emotional now and saying sorry to Strong. Then, Strong came near him to console but Cole hits low blow to Strong and tells Strong is stupid. Then, Cole superkicked Strong and NXT goes off air.
