The Almighty Bobby Lashley returned to WWE in 2018 after a decade of his departure from the WWE. He also worked for various promotions and won many championships, even fought in MMA. Currently, he’s having best run in WWE and also won WWE United States Championship and WWE Championship recently.
Bobby Lashley had an interview with Bleacher Report ahead of his WWE Title match against The Miz on Raw and spoke about several topics. While speaking, he discussed about his future in pro wrestling and said that he had only few years left, and have lot of goals to accomplish.
“I know with my career that’s it’s not going to be a thing where I have 10, 15, 20 more years. Some of these guys do, so mine is kind of a sprint right now. I don’t mind that. I don’t mind ramping it up a little bit because, like I said, I don’t have 10 to 15 more years. I have a few more years left. There’s a lot of goals I want to accomplish, so I have to go hard. My body’s been able to take the abuse I’ve given it, and I knew I could keep going, so I knew it was my time.”
On this week’s Monday Night Raw, Bobby Lashley defeated The Miz in dominant fashion in Lumberjack Match. He defeated the Miz by making him tap out for Hurt Lock and won his first WWE Championship in the company.
