WWE Superstar Andrade wasn’t seen on WWE TV for a long time. He last wrestled against his former tag team partner Garza, in which Andrade lost to him. After the match, Andrade and Zelina Vega was attacked by The Fiend and Alexa Bliss. After that, Andrade wasn’t seen on WWE TV and also not drafted to any brand.
Now, WrestlingInc gave an update about the Andrade status in WWE. It was reported that the former United States Champion Andrade seems unhappy with the company and requested his release on this week’s Monday Night Raw tapings on March 8th.

Fightful Select also revealed the additional reports about the Andrade’s WWE release request and WWE hasn’t granted it. It was reported that people behind at backstage said that they expected the Andrade’s coures of action, but Andrade’s release isn’t expected to happen soon.
It’s also said that Andrade’s push has been halted after Paul Heyman removed from Raw  Executive Director position. It was also rumored that Vince McMahon has changed his mind on potential of Andrade as well as former NXT Champion Aleister Black.
PwInsider, a trusted source on this matter, independently confirmed the story of Andrade’s release from several WWE sources. It was reported that a person close to this situation stated that Andrade ‘looks absolutely miserable’ on this week’s Monday Night Raw tapings.
Andrade also removed WWE reference from his Twitter handle and changed to “@AndradeElIdolo”. Previously it was “@AndradeCienWWE”, now, he removed ‘WWE’ from it and updated to “@AndradeElIdolo”. Here is updated bio of Andrade:

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer also confirmed the Andrade’s release request and also stated that WWE has denied his request. No further updates on why Vince McMahon denied the request but it was expected to get relevant details soon about it. Here what Wrestling Observer report states:
Andrade asked for his WWE release earlier this week, but was denied. Wrestling Inc. was first to report that he asked for his release at the Raw tapings this past Monday with Dave Meltzer confirming both the request and denial.
