Reported Reason Why WWE Announced Singles Match Between Bad Bunny And The Miz | SportsArenaNews

On this week Monday Night Raw, The Miz confronted Bad Bunny and challenged him for a match at WrestleMania 37. After Miz winning match against Jeff Hardy, Bad Bunny attacked Miz with guitar and accepted his challenge. Later, WWE officially announced The Miz vs. Bad Bunny at WrestleMania 37.

It was previously reported that WWE had plans of Bad Bunny & Damian Priest to face The Miz and John Morrison in tag team match at WrestleMania 37. But it was announced that Bad Bunny will face The Miz in singles match at Grandest Stage of them all and it made fans surprise.

According to the PWInsider, both Damian Priest and John Morrison suffering ‘minor injuries’ currently and that made WWE to announce singles match between The Miz and Bad Bunny with a motivation of reconsidering it to tag team.

It was also noted that if Priest and Morrison cleared to wrestle before WrestleMania event, then, WWE might change this singles match into tag team match. This decision about the match could be come down at the last minute or it might not be changed into tag team until the day of the show.

It was also noted that WWE thought it would be a better way, that to announce The Miz vs. Bad Bunny as singles match and later can be changed into tag team rather than announcing tag team and later changing it to a singles match.
