At WWE Fastlane 2021 pay-per-view, The Fiend Bray Wyatt returned to WWE TV and helped Alexa Bliss to win her match against Randy Orton. Following episode on Monday Night Raw, Randy Orton called out The Fiend to end the mind games with him.

On the main event, The Fiend appeared and Randy Orton tries to burn him once again but he hit an RKO to The Fiend. But The Fiend still stood and took him out with Sister Abigail. WWE also announced that Randy Orton will battle The Fiend at WrestleMania 37 night 2.

After his return to WWE TV, The Fiend Bray Wyatt finally break his silence and sent a cryptic message to Randy Orton with a throwback photo, which was from 2011 when Wyatt was in Nexus stable as Husky Harris and hitting a punt kick to him.
