The Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre recently had an interview with Sports Illustrated and discussed about his feud with The Iconic Goldberg.

Drew McIntyre and Goldberg battled for the first time at WWE Royal Rumble 2021 pay-per-view, in which McIntyre defeated Goldberg to retain his WWE Championship.
The former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre said that he was grateful to face Goldberg and he’s a genuine legend. He also appreciative for the match and moment he shared with the former Universal Champion Goldberg.

“I was grateful for the opportunity with Goldberg. The Royal Rumble is a significant pay-per-view, and Goldberg has a history of coming in and winning the title. People were questioning what would happen. He is a genuine legend; he draws eyeballs and he wanted to go out of his way for me. I am so appreciative to have had that match, and the moment we shared together after the match, too.”

After that match, Goldberg wasn’t seen on WWE TV. Currently, Drew McIntyre set to challenge The Almighty Bobby Lashley for WWE Championship at WrestleMania 37 Night One event.
