WWE Women’s Tag Team Title Match Announced For WWE Fastlane l SportsArenaNews

On this week’s Wednesday Night NXT, Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler battled first-ever Women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Tournament winners Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez with WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles on line.

But that match was ended in controversy. During the match, referee was out by accidental kick of Jax, then, Adam Pearce came out with another official. In ring, Shayna Baszler already applied kurfida clutch on Dakota Kai, who is not legal, but referee call out the match and announced Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler as winners of the match.

After the match, Adam Pearce and NXT General Manager William Regal had argument at backstage, later, William Regal said that their will be an announcement next week that will change NXT landscape.

Now, WWE took the Twitter and announced that Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler will defend their tag team titles against Smackdown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair at WWE Fastlane pay-per-view that will happen on March 21st. Check the announcement below:

Actually, it was expected that Naomi and Lana would get the title shot next but now, they have to wait in the line to get the tag team championship match. This match expected to be build up the further feud between Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair for their match at WrestleMania 37.
