The Former Smackdown Women’s Champion Bayley was one of the biggest star during the pandemic era, 2020. She and Sasha Banks had run the entire Women’s Division and won all the women’s titles at one point. Later, Bayley turned on best friend Sasha Banks and lost her Smackdown Women’s Championship to The Boss.
But surprisingly The Role Model Bayley isn’t featuring at this year’s WWE’s biggest event WrestleMania 37. On a recent interview with Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT, Bayley opened up about not having a match at this year’s Grandest Stage of them all. Here what Bayley said:
“I can’t give you an honest answer, dude. I don’t know. I’m sorry guys. It just didn’t happen.”
“Even if there was something, I don’t know if I would tell you guys. It would spoil it. But it’s okay, I’ll be here for a long time.”
“I don’t know. I’m sorry guys, it just didn’t happen.”
Bayley says she has pitched stories and matches for WM37, but there are currently no plans. She hasn’t wrestled since Feb 19, but she also confirms she has not been injured.

Currently, WWE had no plans for Bayley. After losing her Smackdown Women’s Championship to The Boss Sasha Banks, Bayley had one storyline with The EST of WWE Binaca Belair and then, she has been left on the sidelines. It was also shocking that WWE didn’t book her for WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles.
