Paul Heyman said that he doesn’t feel like announcing Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 36 because of no fans present at the event. He also stated that he said same to the Brock Lesnar at that time.
“Last year’s WrestleMania, the main event was Brock Lesnar vs. Drew McIntyre. When Brock and I came out to the ring I said to Brock, ‘I can’t announce you.’ That was our schtick. I couldn’t do it because my dance partner wasn’t there. And my dance partner was the audience. I didn’t realize it till we were halfway down the aisle to the ring.”
Following that match, Brock Lesnar wasn’t seen on WWE TV and later it was revealed that Brock Lesnar contract with WWE expired and he didn’t sign new contract. Currently, Paul Heyman aligned with repacked Roman Reigns in WWE SmackDown and their alliance became the huge success.
