In a recent WWE media call ahead of WWE WrestleMania 37, The Nightmare Rhea Ripley was asked about her dream opponent she would like to face at WrestleMania in future.
Then, the former NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley said that she would love to have WrestleMania match against WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix and that would be absolutely amazing. Here what Rhea Ripley said:
“One person that I would love if she came back, and if she did I would love to have a WrestleMania [match] against her, is Beth Phoenix. I think that would be absolutely amazing. I just wanna step in the ring with her. She’s such a bada** and I really want to see exactly how tough she is, because I know that she’s tough but I want to see if I can stand in the ring with her. Beth Phoenix last singles match took place on October 29, 2012 episode of Monday Night Raw, in which she defeated AJ Lee. In 2018, she returned to WWE and competed in four matches but none of them were one-on-one competition.

Rhea Ripley recently made her Raw debut and challenged Raw Women’s Champion Asuka for the title at Grandest Stage of them all. She successfully defeated The Empress of Tomorrow and became the new Raw Women’s Champion at Night Two of WrestleMania 37.
