Apollo Crews recently went a character change and introduced with Nigerian Royalty gimmick. He did a great job with his new gimmick during his feud with Big E and Vince McMahon impressed by it.
WrestlingNews.Co reported that WWE Boss Vince McMahon really behind new gimmick of Apollo Crews. It was believed at WWE backstage that Apollo Crews finally found himself and worked hard to improve his new gimmick.
It was also noted that going forward we can expect to see lot more big segments of Apollo Crews on Friday Night Smackdown in coming months. It was also stated that he will continue his feud with Big E on blue brand.
“We were told that Vince McMahon is really behind the new version of Crews, and the feeling is that Crews has finally found himself and he’s worked hard to improve, so expect to see a lot more of him in big segments on SmackDown in the coming months. Obviously, his feud with Big E will continue.”
