The former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Peyton Royce one of the superstars recently released by WWE due to budget cuts. That released list also includes her former tag team partner Billie Kay.
According to the Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that the former WWE Superstar Peyton Royce will be using Cassie Lee as her ring name going forward in her career.
“Peyton Royce looks to be using the name Cassie Lee going forward.”
Many superstars following there release have been using there real life names but Peyton Royce didn’t follow to her real name, Cassandra McIntosh and opted to use Cassie Lee.
Previously, it was reported that Peyton Royce slated for a big push in WWE following The IIconics split up as many fellow superstars and Vince McMahon was impressed by her. Later, she was teamed up with Lacey Evans but unfortunately Evans got pregnant and she left by herself.
Following her intense promo on Raw Talk to get a Raw Women’s Title shot against Auska, fans thought that she might be getting into the title picture but it didn’t happen and last week she was released by WWE.
Currently, Peyton Royce have 90-day non compete clause and after that she have many options to choose. Many fans speculating that she may join her husband Shawn Spears after her 90-day non-compete clause.
