Tonight WWE NXT is live from Capitol Wrestling Center in Performance Center at Orlando, Florida. WWE announced packed card for tonight’s show. A massive Battle Royal to determine Gauntlet Eliminator participants for NXT North American Championship.
WWE also announced Raquel Gonzalez battled Zoey Stark in singles match. Roderick Strong will face Cameron Grimes in one-on-one match. WWE also announced Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter will take on Tian Sha. And also Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae will be in tag team action tonight.
Here The WWE NXT Full Matches And Results:
– Cameron Grimes defeated Roderick Strong via Pinfall.
– WWE aired the video of Karrion Kross training for his match against NXT Champion Finn Balor at NXT Takeover. Kross talks about going back to basics – catch wrestling, judo and more to win the NXT Title. Both Scarlett and Kross hyping match at NXT Takeover.
– WWE aired the video package of NXT UK Champion WALTER cutting a promo about Tommaso Ciampa. WALTER says he’s one who respects this sports like no one else and he’s going to prove that at NXT Takeover.
– Legado Del Fantasma in the ring. Escobar says that he issues a open challenge tonight and shows Jordan Devlin who’s he gotten into. Escobar says he’s born champion and that’s what make a difference between him and Jordan Devlin.
NXT Cruiserweight Champion Escobar continues that Cruiserweight belongs to him and he’s the best cruiserweight. Then, music hits Tyler Breeze came out. Breeze says Escobar thinks this division is his because he entitled while Breeze worked his ass off to get here. Breeze goes on and says he accepts the challenge.
– Santos Escobar defeated Tyler Breeze via Pinfall and retained his NXT Cruiserweight Championship. After the match, Mendoza and Wilde entered the ring and joined Escobar to attack Tyler Breeze. Then, MSK came out to save and Legado Del Fantasma exits the ring. Grizzled Young Veterans appeared on big screen and says they going to win vacant NXT Tag Team Titles at NXT Takeover.
– The Way is at backstage with Sarah Scheriber and Johnny Gargano seems unhappy about determining his NXT Takeover opponent. He says this shows once again how William Regal is unfit to run NXT. Gargano then turns to Austin Theory and asks why he’s trying to get the title match.
Then, Theory brings up the infamous Finger Poke of Doom from WCW but Gargano says that killed the business. Theory says business is still here. Then, Gargano changes his mind and he has an idea now. Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae hypes their tag team match tonight and says they show how champions do it.
– We got the vignette of small dog outside of WWE Performance Center with different angles. It’s looks like Pomeranian breed and there may be two of them.
– The Way defeated Gigi Dolin and Zayda Ramier via Pinfall. After the match, Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae cuts promo about Ember Moon and Shotzi BlackHeart and says at NXT Takeover they will take NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles. Then, Ember Moon and Shotzi BlackHeart came out and accepted the challenge.
– At Backstage, Raquel Gonzalez and Dakota Kai is walking but suddenly NXT Women’s Champion Io Shirai attacked her. Both started brawl and officials came out to seperate them.
– We get the one more vignette of dog that enters the WWE performance center and Capitol Wrestling Center now. Beth Phoenix asks what’s with the dog?
– Sarah Scheriber at backstage with Roderick Strong and asks about his loss earlier. Strong says he’s disappointed and going to leave the building. Then, Sarah asks what’s about battle royal, Strong says he doens’t care, he’s leaving.
– Raquel Gonzalez defeated Zoey Stark via Pinfall. After the match, Io Shirai came out and attacked Gonzalez, officials came to seperate them. Then, Gonzalez grabs Io Shirai and lands her into part of set. Then, officials checks on Io Shirai while Gonzalez leaving to backstage.
– We got another video of dog running through WWE Performance Center.
– Sarah Scheriber at backstage with Kushida and asks about Battle Royal tonight. But Pete Dunne interrupts and both have words.
– Xia Li defeated Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter via Pinfall.
– Sarah Scheriber at backstage with Raquel Gonzalez and asks about NXT Women’s Champion Io Shirai. But suddenly from behind Io Shirai attacks but Raquel Gonzalez takes out by putting through covered window of next room.
– We see the dog running again and it stops near a women wearing the boots. Writing appears and someone named ‘Franky’ will be coming to NXT on April 13th, frist Tuesday night of NXT.
– Tommaso Ciampa cuts promo about NXT UK Champion WALTER.
– NXT Champion Finn Balor cuts promo about his NXT Takeover opponent Karrion Kross from the performance center.
11-Man Battle Royal to Determine Gauntlet Eliminator Participants: Jake Atlas, Isaiah “Swerve” Scott, Leon Ruff, Austin Theory, Dexter Lumis, Tyler Rust, Kushida, Cameron Grimes, Pete Dunne, Bronson Reed, LA Knight
– The final six participants going to NXT Takeover are Bronson Reed, Leon Ruff, Cameron Grimes, Isaiah Swerve Scott, LA Knight and Dexter Lumis.
Bronson Reed eliminates Leon Ruff, mean Ruff will enter #1 in Gauntlet Match. Reed eliminates Isaiah Swerve Scott, Scott will be #2 in Gauntlet. Lumis eliminated Reed, Reed will enter #3 in Gauntlet. Then, Grimes eliminated by Lumis and he will enter #4 in Gauntlet Match. LA Knight eliminated Lumis and won the Battle Royal, Dexter Lumis will be the final entrant of Gauntlet Match.
After the match, LA Knight and NXT North American Champion Johnny Gargano came face to face and have words.
– NXT Women’s Champion Io Shirai came out and yells in Japanese. Then, Raquel Gonzalez came out and brawl broke out between the champion and challenger. Then, referees came out and also other female NXT Superstars out to seperate them. At the end, Io Shirai took out all the women with big splash and yells at Gonzalez and NXT goes off air.
