WWE WrestleMania 37 Night One Full Results (April 10th, 2021)

WrestleMania 37 is the two-night event that will take place at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, Florida on April 10th & 11th. It was the first event to allow live fans after pandemic outbreak.

The two big matches for the tonight event is Almighty Bobby Lashley will defend his WWE Championship against Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre and The Boss Sasha Banks will defend her Smackdown Women’s Championship against The EST of WWE Binaca Belair.

After winning the Raw Tag Team Titles from Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander, The New Day got big challenge from AJ Styles and Omos. Both the teams will battle in tag team match with the titles on line and it’s also Omos in-ring debut.

Other matches are The Swiss Cyborg Cesrao will take on The Messiah Seth Rollins in singles match. The Monster Braun Strowman will battle Shane McMahon in Steel Cage match and Bad Bunny and Damian Priest will take on The Miz and John Morrison in tag team match.

And WWE also announced, Lana and Naomi vs. Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose vs. The Riott Squad (Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott) vs. Natalya and Tamina vs. Billie Kay and Carmella in Tag Team Turmoil Match and winner of this match will get WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match against Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler at WrestleMania 37 Night Two.

– WrestleMania 37 Night 1 kicks off with WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon. He was on the stage along with entire WWE roster. He says WWE talent is performing tirelesly over past several months and weeks but they always knew that there is something missing, that’s the most important part of the show – fans, WWE Universe. Vince says as we emerge for this dreadful pandemic and on behalf of WWE family, Vince says Welcome to the to WrestleMania for fans.

– Micheal Cole welcomes us to the ringside and he was joined by Byron Saxton and Samoa Joe. They talks about the weather issues and opening match is delayed due to bad weather. This match will resume when the weather permits.

Then, he talks about his steel cage match against Braun Strowman but MVP and WWE Champion Bobby Lashley interrupts him. MVP says time for talking is done but Drew McIntyre interrupts and have words with Bobby Lashley, MVP get in between them and officials came to seperate them. – Finally, fans are filling back to the seating and WrestleMania 37 hosts, Titus O’Neil and Hulk Hogan make their way out and hypes the tonight event. Titus O’Neil says it’s one year, one month and one day, we are back to the business. They mentions first match for tonight for WWE Championship and hypes both Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre.
