The former WWE United States Champion Andrade got his WWE release and also not slated to any non-compete clause, so, he can show up at any promotion.
Recently, he appeared on AAA’s Rey De Reyes event and challenged Kenny Omega for AAA Mega Championship at TripleMania and Omega also responded to it stating that he’s busy now. He also challenged Psycho Clown.

Now, it seem that Andrade in talks with another promotion. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, AEW and Andrade in talks but it wasn’t clear where there discussions stand at this time.
