AEW currently running three shows, and two of them were Dark shows. Talent performed at AEW Dark are usually don’t have any contract and paid under daily basis. Recently, few of the AEW Dark talent attended recent WWE tryout for female talent held on May 6th & 7th in Orlando, Florida at Performance Center.
Fightful Select reported that some of the names who were at recent WWE tryout and few names are might be familiar to the fans who watched AEW Dark and AEW Dark Elevation.
Tesha Price was part of WWE tryout. She worked with Britt Baker during Mae Young Classic and also faced Lacey Evans in 2018 on NXT. Price has been working on AEW Dark on regular basis since November with almost 20 appearance. She also worked with AEW Women’s Champion Hikaru Shida on AEW Dynamite in December 2020.
Alex Garcia has been working on AEW Dark since September and also made some appearances for NWA, Stardom, IMPACT Wrestling and EVOLVE. She also been at recent WWE tryout.
Ava Everett was at WWE tryouts. She has been working with Limitless Wrestling, CZW, Beyond and other promotions. And Natalia Markova who was worked for SHINE, EVOLVE and PROGRESS also at recent tryout. She also made WWE tryout in 2017.
