The King of Strong Styles Shinsuke Nakamura recently appeared as special guest on Renee Paquette’s Oral Sessions Podcast and discussed about several topics including his working relationship with The Beast Brock Lesnar.
After Brock Lesnar’s first WWE departure, he worked with NJPW between 2005-2007. He also got hugh push there and won the IWGP World Heavyweight Title. During that time, The Beast Incarnate also defended his title against Shinsuke Nakamura. They both also teamed up for a tag team match.
During the interview, Renee Paquette asked Nakamura about Brock Lesnar and his behaviour during his NJPW run. Then, Shinsuke Nakamura stated that he will face Brock Lesnar if he an opportunity and also claimed that Brock Lesnar was unprofessional.
“If I have the opportunity, of course, I want it. I was young, and he was young, I don’t know, [It was very] unprofessional.”
Brock Lesnar was WWE contract was expired last year and he’s no longer with WWE but it was expected that he might return to the company in future. Currently, Shinsuke Nakamura feuding with King Corbin on WWE Friday Night Smackdown.
