The former NXT North American Champion Damian Priest recently had an interview with SportingNews and discussed about several topics including his storyline with Bad Bunny against The Miz and John Morrison.
On the road to WrestleMania 37, Damian Priest and Bad Bunny feuded with The Miz and John Morrison, that led to match between both the teams at WrestleMania 37. And that match turned out as one of the best matches at the Grandest Stage, Bad Bunny got huge praise for his impressive performance.

During the interview, Priest stated that he was told he would be done if his angle with Bad Bunny is flopped. Bad Bunny and Damian Priest match got full positive response from the fans and he was happy about it. Here what Priest said:
“A lot of people were honest with me and they told me, ‘Listen, you can’t blow this because if you do, you’re done.’ All I said was you’re giving me the opportunity, I’m going to do everything to my abilities to knock this out of the park. I knew I had put in the work, so give me the opportunity and I will do my end. It goes both ways, and I think we both delivered so we brought our audience a product worthy of them being entertained and being happy to watch.”
Following his win at WrestleMania 37, Damian Priest continued feud with The Miz and John Morrison. Currently, he set to face The Miz in Lumberjack match at WrestleMania Backlash on this Sunday.
