The Leader of Yes Movement Daniel Bryan recently had an interview with Robbie Fox on My Mom’s Basement and spoke about several topics including his favorite match in WWE.
Daniel Bryan has a one of the best run as planet champion in 2018-2019. He went to WrestleMania 35 as WWE Champion to defend his WWE Championship against Kofi Kingston, in which he lost his title to Kofi Kingston.
During the chat, Daniel Bryan stated that his favorite match in his WWE career is with Kofi Kingston at WrestleMania 35. He stated that the best thing about the match is Kofi Kingston winning at the end.
“My favorite match in my WWE career is my match with Kofi at WrestleMania 35,” Bryan revealed. “It’s so special and such a cool moment. One of the things that I love is it’s Kofi winning at the end. WrestleMania 30, my shoulder is horrible, I hurt my neck, I have this horrible pain down my arm and I have to get up and do media the next morning.”
After winning at WrestleMania 30, Daniel Bryan had a lot of responsibilities to do following the match. At WrestleMania 35, Kofi Kingston had his moment and Kofi had to do the all media call and deal with people congratulations.
“Everyone comes up to you and are like ‘congratulations.’ There’s a lot of responsibility,” Bryan added. “When I wrestled Kofi, everyone goes to Kofi and says congratulations to him. I get to have my moment with him and be like ‘Hey man, thanks. That was awesome.’ Then, I get to hug my wife and daughter and go home the next day. Kofi is the one who has to do media and deal with people congratulating him.” (H/T: WrestleTalk)
