The Rated-R Superstar Edge wasn’t seen on WWE TV after his loss at WrestleMania 37. The 2021 Royal Rumble winner Edge challenged Roman Reigns for Universal Championship at WrestleMania 37, which was later included Daniel Bryan into the match.
In a hard-hitting match, Roman Reigns came top and pinned both the opponents at the same time to successfully retained his Universal Championship. Since then Edge was kept off to WWE Television.

Now, WWE advertising WWE Hall Of Famer Edge for the 16th July episode of Smackdown which will take place in Houston, Texas. It was the begin of WWE’s touring and live events. WWE also advertising former Smackdown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks, who also off to WWE TV from past few weeks after losing her title to Bianca Belair.

Previously, it was reported that WWE is planning to bring back 16-time World Champion John Cena for the first show with live fans after pandemic. So, if it was the case then 16th July episode of Smackdown would be a memorable one.
