On this week’s Monday Night Raw, Humberto Carrillo battled United States Champion Sheamus in a singles match. But that match was ended early than the original finish.
During the match, Carrillo had a bad spot after sunset flip bomb on Sheamus over the rope. It didn’t go well and Sheamus landed on Carrillo with full body weight that potentially caused injury to Carrillo.

Following the bad bump, Humberto Carrillo didn’t moved and referee had communicated with both the competitors. Then, he called for the bell and declared Sheamus as the winner.
According to the Mike Johnson of PWInsider, multiple sources have confirmed that Humberto Carrillo was doing ‘Okay’ at backstage after the match against US Champion Sheamus.
From the past few weeks, Humberto Carrillo challenging Sheamus on Raw to prove his worth to earn United Stated Title shot but always ended with Sheamus getting on top. Currently, US Title is not advertised for WrestleMania Backlash but we have to see if WWE had any plans to put US title match on the card.
