Paul Heyman recently had an interview with DAZN and discussed about the several topics. During the interview, Heyman was asked about possible feud between Tribal Chief Roman Reigns and The Beast Brock Lesnar.
Then, Paul Heyman said that Brock Lesnar does what he wants to do. He also mentioned that if Brock wants that match then it would have already happened and it didn’t take place because he didn’t want it.
“If Brock Lesnar were to return, if is a hypothetical,” Heyman said. “Brock Lesnar does what Brock Lesnar wants to do. How you can be cognizant of the fact that Brock Lesnar does not want to challenge Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship, or at least not yet, is because he hasn’t done it. Because if Brock Lesnar wanted to [do] it, it would have happened already. And it hasn’t happened already because he doesn’t want to.”

The Special Counsel Paul Heyman also said that there may be many reasons for Brock to not have this match but he doesn’t want to say about it as Lesnar is private beast.
“Now, there may be reasons why he doesn’t want to, and that’s for Brock Lesnar to reveal if Brock Lesnar ever decides to reveal it,” Heyman added. “Man doesn’t tweet. He doesn’t post pictures on Instagram. He’s not a public persona. He’s a very private beast.”

Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns have faced each other on multiple occasions. They both have main evented WrestleMania 31 and WrestleMania 34, and also had singles match at Greatest Royal Rumble PPV and Summer Slam in 2018.
The Beast Brock Lesnar last wrestled at WrestleMania 36 against Drew McIntyre, in which he lost his WWE Championship to Scottish Warrior and wasn’t seen on WWE TV since then. It was also speculated that Brock might return at WrestleMania 37 but it didn’t happen and we have to wait longer for his return.
