Zelina Vega, known as Thea Trinidad, was released by WWE in November 2020 but recently it was reported that Vega was spotted at WWE Performance Center. It was also noted that WWE is filming content for Zelina Vega’s return to WWE.
Now, we got some more details about Zelina Vega. According to the Fightful Select, Zelina Vega was filmed content along with The Rock’s Daughter, Simone Johnson. There is no clear information about the what the content is but WWE is planning to do something with both the superstars.
Zelina was filmed walking into the WWE Performance Center with Simone Johnson, the daughter of The Rock. We weren’t told if this is supplemental footage or if there’s a plan behind that specifically.

During her first run, Zelina Vega managed Andrade in both NXT and main roster. She doesn’t wrestled much during that time but after she got split-up with Andrade in 2020, WWE wanted her to use as singles superstar but unfortunately she was released. Now, it’s interesting to see how they will use Zelina Vega in WWE.
