On last week’s Friday Night Smackdown, Tamina Snuka and Natalya got the big win over WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler in non-title tag team match. With this win, Natalya and Tamina got huge confidence to win the tag team titles.
On this week’s Smackdown, WWE added two huge title matches for WrestleMania Backlash but they also announced WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles match for next week.

Tamina also faced Reginald on Smackdown, which was ended in disqualification after Shayna Baszler attacking Tamina during the match. Then, the champs Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler took out their opponents and got the huge momentum ahead of their match.
