On last week’s Friday Night Smackdown, Apollo Crews successfully retained his IC Title in fatal 4-way match. Aleister Black returned to WWE TV and attacked Big E during the IC Title match, then, Crews pinned Big E for win. Following this what’s next for Apollo Crews?
According to the Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE is started program between Big E and Aleister Black on Blue Brand. It was also noted that Kevin Owens probably would be the next challenger for IC Title.
“They give Aleister Black a program with Big E. Big E is out of the Intercontinental thing. I don’t know… so, it could be Kevin Owens [for the IC Title], just go harder with him because Sami is a heel, so Kevin Owens is probably the likely guy [against Apollo Crews].” (H/T: RingsideNews)

With Aleister Black’s recent actions, Big E would go against the Black for payback. Kevin Owens and Apollo Crews had some segments from past few weeks and the company would build more for a match between them.
