Aleister Black recently got released by WWE due to budget cuts and it was a big shocker for wrestling community. Following that he addressed his release on Twitch channel and stated that he was released by budget cuts.
Recently, the former NXT Champion Aleister Black recently appeared as special guest on Renee Paquette’s Oral Sessions Podcast and discussed about several topics including cancelled plans involving Brock Lesnar.
Tommy End, orginal name of Aleister Black, stated that Heyman had the idea of Brock Lesnar or Samoa Joe attacking him in while he cuts promo an chole him out but it didn’t came into fruition.
“One of Heyman’s ideas was to have Samoa Joe or Brock Lesnar come into the room at the time that would eventually lead to an interaction between me, Brock Lesnar or Samoa Joe. I would cut a promo in this room, and Lesnar would come in through the darkness and choke me out and stuff,” said End.

Aleister Black was kept off to WWE for seven months and finally returned to WWE TV on May 21st, episode of Smackdown. He attacked Big E during the IC Title fatal four-way match. Everyone thought that Black would start with feud with Big E but unfortunately he got released by WWE.
