The former Universal Champion Braun Strowman recently released by the WWE after eight years with the company. But his release was a big shocker for fans as they see him as one of the top guy in the promotion.
On the latest edition of Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T and his co-host Brad Gilmore discussed about the future of The Monster Braun Strowman. They suggested that Braun Strowman could go to AEW and have matches against Lance Archer, Brian Cage and Miro.
“It’s like two matches over there (in AEW) – Lance Archer, Cage, Miro, there are two-three guys… (Gilmore suggests Paul Wight) That’s not going to happen. Mark Henry (that could happen).” (H/t: Sportskeeda)
Not only Booker T, Hardcore Legend Mick Foley also surprised by the Braun Strowman’s release and suggested AEW to didn’t miss the signing of this former Universal Champion Braun Strowman. It will be interesting to see what’s next for Braun Strowman in future.
The Strowman release is particularly surprising – but I’m guessing Braun can write his own ticket for anywhere he’d like to work.
