The Undertaker recently had an interview with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated and discussed about several topics. While speaking, The Phenom Undertaker had a huge praise for Universal Champion Roman Reigns for his current gimmick.
Undertaker stated that he is very proud of Roman Reigns and recalled what he said when he met Reigns at backstage during the Survivor Series last year. Here What Undertaker said:
“I’m so proud of where he is. The night of Survivor Series [in November], I went up to Roman and Jey and said, ‘This is the most compelling story that we’ve done in a while.’ And where he’s been able to take it, it’s so good. It’s not forced. Roman is hitting on all cylinders,” The Undertaker recalled.

The Undertaker also talked about the Roman Reigns collaboration with Paul Heyman. He stated that Heyman is a perfect mouthpiece and he adds so much on being side of Tribal Chief Roman Reigns.
“Obviously, Paul Heyman is the perfect mouthpiece. He’s there whenever it’s needed, and he adds so much. They work so well together,” added The Undertaker.
The Undertaker feels that Roman Reigns is a great heel in the company. He also stated that he would love to have a program with current version of Roman Reigns if his body permitted him to do so.
“I think he’s a great heel—coldhearted, calculated,” Calaway said. “There is a compelling backstory, and you still feel the tension when Roman appears. Like I said, I’m really proud of him. I wish I had the gas in the tank to work a program with him now. It would definitely be something special.”
