The former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Shayna Baszler recently had an interview with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated and discussed about numerous topics. While speaking, Shayna Baszler stated that her tag team partner Nia Jax helped her a lot on both off-screen and on-screen.

“Teaming with Nia has helped me expand my pro wrestling repertoire,” Baszler said. “Obviously coming from a fighting background, we don’t do tag teams in MMA. It’s not something I spent a lot of time concentrating on. But it’s a craft and so much more in-depth than people realize. It’s a great sort of Rubik’s cube to solve, and I love solving those puzzles. Nia’s also been a big help for me behind the scenes.”
Shayna Baszler came from MMA background and has been a most dominant force as singles competitor in WWE. Later she formed tag team with Nia Jax on Monday Night Raw and ruled the tag team division over past 10 months.
