Tonight’s WWE Monday Night Raw is live from WWE ThunderDome at Yuengling Center at Orlando, Florida. WWE announced two segments and one match for the show.
On last week’s Raw, Drew McIntyre confirmed as opponent for WWE Champion Bobby Lashley at Hell In A Cell Pay-Per-View. WWE announced that there will be the contract signing between the challenger and champion tonight.
Last week, Shayna Baszler confronted Alexa Bliss for interfering in her match against Reginald. Tonight, Alexa Bliss invited Shayna Baszler for Alexa’s Playground.
WWE also announced high stakes Battle Royal between five tag teams – RK-Bro, Viking Raiders, New Day, Lucha House Party and Mace & T-BAR. And winner of that match will get the Raw Tag Team Title shot against AJ Styles and Omos.
Here The WWE Monday Night Raw Full Matches And Results With Short Review:
– Tonight’s WWE Raw opened with The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods), The Viking Raiders (Ivar, Erik), Lucha House Party (Lince Dorado by himself) already in the ring for the Battle Royal match. Then, out comes the RK-Bro (Randy Orton, Riddle) and entered the ring.
Now, music hits, here comes the Raw Tag Team Champions AJ Styles and Omos. They stood on the stage and AJ Styles says they feel compelled to defend their tag team titles as WWE is going back on the road next month. AJ Styles had some props to New Day and reminds who won at WrestleMania 37. Then, he addressed T-BAR and Mace, and also took shot at former RETRIBUTION members.
He gave some parise to Lince Dorado for being out himself while Gran Metalik is injured and took shot at him, and he did the same to The Viking Raiders. The Champs addressed Randy Orton and Riddle last. AJ gave some parise for both of them and says their chemistry is unbelievable.
AJ Styles and Omos talks about how they’re phenomenal, unbelievable, handsome, and more until New Day shuts them up, both teams argues. Orton tells AJ Styles to shut his damn mouth. Riddle tells AJ how to zip his mouth and throw away the key, says it has done wonders for he and Orton relationship. Orton looks annoyed. Then, Riddle shows his new t-shirt and says he had wore two because Randy Orton doesn’t wear shirts and pants. Orton then quiets Riddle and Riddle zip his mouth and gave key to Orton.
The music hits, here comes the The Miz and John Morrison, The Miz was in wheel chair. They talks about how tag team division is suffering and Morrison takes his drip stick. Miz says he was injured at WrestleMania Backlash and John Morrison will be competing on Battle Royal behalf of their team.
– The Viking Raiders win the Battle Royal by last eliminating Randy Orton and earned the Raw tag team title shot against AJ Styles and Omos. After the match, AJ Styles and Omos says this what they wanted and taunting Viking Raiders from the ringside.
– We see the video of Nikki Cross defeated Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley in Beat the Clock challenge. Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville were at backstage and Charlotte Flair interrupts them. Flair says she was publicly pressured to compete in the match against Nikki Cross last week and wanted to remove that match from her record. She tells her case to remove the match but they didn’t remove it. Flair says she tried to tell them nice but Pearce and Sonya are jealous of her and career she had.
Charlotte Flair tells that she deserves a rematch against Nikki Cross. Then, Raw Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley shows up and says unlike Flair, she has respect for Nikki Cross and goes on about how she deserves a rematch against Nikki Cross. Then, Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville proposed that Rhea Ripley will team up with Charlotte Flair to battle against Nikki Cross and a partner.
– The Viking Raiders are getting hyped for their tag team title shot at Backstage. Ivar is ready to feast with some turkey legs but AJ Styles and Omos shows up. Omos had a turkey leg and he munching it. AJ says he doesn’t know much about Viking Raiders but asks if Erik and Ivar are wannabes. Both the team had argument and the champs walks off.
– Elias is in the ring with his guitar and spotlight. He talks about how Jaxson Ryker coming unhinged and they could have been Raw Tag Team Champions if Ryker follows him last week. We got the video package of Elias turning on Jaxson Ryker. Elias says he saw the ghost of war in eyes of Jaxson Ryker but not the man of who go for war for him last week. He then says WWE stands for Walk With Elias but suddenly Jaxson Ryker attacked Elias and throws aways his guitar and their match starts next.
– Jaxson Ryker defeated Elias via count out. At the closing moments, Elias rans way back and referee counts ten and handed win to Jaxson Ryker count out victory.
– Drew McIntyre makes his way to the ring for the contract signing with Bobby Lashley for their WWE Title match at Hell In A Cell 2021 Pay-Per-View. Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville in the ring now and introduces WWE Champion Bobby Lashley but he didn’t show up.
McIntyre predicts how this will go with more of the same schtick from MVP and Lashley. Then, McIntyre says about the Scotland King Robert The Bruce and the spider, and how he went to win the Scotland freedom. McIntyre says King first told his army, if you don’t succeed…stops there and says he can modernize the speech to fit on what we seeing now. If first you don’t succeed then beat the Bobby Lashley ass at Hell In A Cell and take WWE Title back. McIntyre asks Adam Pearce to give the contract and he will sign it.
MVP and Bobby Lashley appeared on big screen. MVP says there’s some unfinished business to deal before the things get official. MVP says there are busy being fashionably late and tells to hit their music and here comes WWE Champion Bobby Lashley and MVP with some models. Bobby Lashley sits on the chair and MVP takes the mic.
MVP congratulated Drew McIntyre for once manipulating his way to get the WWE Title shot. He continues that if Drew McIntyre loses once again then he won’t get another shot for Bobby Lashley’s WWE Title again. MVP also says Bobby Lashley can’t wait to get in the road with his WWE Championship. Drew McIntyre accepts the terms and also wants something I’m return that he wants to face Bobby Lashley inside Hell In A Cell.
MVP whispers something in the Bobby Lashley’s ear and says Lashley accepts his conditions. Adam Pearce makes changes to match for Hell In A Cell and McIntyre won’t get title shot if he loses. Both the champion and challenger signs the contract and made it official. Drew McIntyre tells how brutal Hell In A Cell is and Lashley will get the new experience. Drew McIntyre will go through all of that again.
Drew McIntyre tells Bobby Lashley to enjoy next few weeks because he will see him in hell. Bobby Lashley says he will beat him there too and starts celebrating, McIntyre takes his sword and cuts table into two. And both stared at eachother.
– Sarah Scheriber at backstage with Nikki Cross for an interview. Cross talks about her recent wins and reveals that her tag team partner is former Raw Women’s Champion Asuka.
– WWE United States Champion Sheamus makes his way to the ring, wearing a face protector after undergoing nose surgery past week. Sheamus sits at ringside, then, out comes Ricochet followed by Humberto Carrillo for their #1 contender match for US Title.
Sheamus takes the mic and says how furious about one of them getting US Title opportunity. If he wasn’t under strict doctors order he would…but Ricochet and Carrillo teases attacking Sheamus and he backs down. Sheamus continues yelling at them and match starts next.
– Ricochet vs. Humberto Carrillo #1 contender match ended in draw after the double count. After the match, Sheamus laughs at both Ricochet and Carrillo, and heads back to locker room.
– The New Day at backstage walking into their locker room but MVP stops Kofi Kingston. Kofi tells he got this and Woods walks off himself. MVP tells how he enjoyed Kofi Kingston’s performance earlier and he’s a big fan of KofiMania. MVP tells how seeing his celebrations of WWE Title win with his sons made him to comeback WWE because finally there is a champion like him he could proud of him.
MVP says KofiMania just ended and he wonders if Kofi had thought about why that happened, because Kofi wasn’t like WWE Champion Bobby Lashley. MVP brings up Kofi’s last week match against Drew McIntyre and how he shook hand of McIntyre after the match, like he enjoyed being the loser. MVP says how about Kofi switch it up or stay back shucking and living with his friends… Kofi stops him and says he doesn’t need his advice. Kofi Kingston yells that he did it for the kids inspired at home watching him. Kofi wonders why Bobby Lashley does it, for money? MVP say no, Lashley did it for WWE Title and all comes with it.
– We got the another vignette of Eva Marie and she says she’s ready to show the WWE Universe side of her they never see. She the announces that she will be back on the next week’s Monday Night Raw.
– Mansoor at Backstage warming up, Mustafa Ali shows up and says he heard Mansoor having match against Drew Gulak. Mansoor says yes he’s ready but Ali disagrees. Ali says Mansoor is ready for fair and square match but what happens of Drew Gulak cuttings any corner he can win? Ali further says not everyone will play by the rules like Mansoor and walks off.
– Jeff Hardy defeated Cedric Alexander via Pinfall.
– Rhea Ripley at backstage getting ready for the match, Charlotte Flair shows up and says to follow her lead as she is the most experienced professional Superstar. Rhea Ripley says she will be glad to follow Flair straight into the hell in two weeks. But in meantime, her title makes up for Flair’s experience. So, Flair will follow her lead.
– Nikki Cross and Asuka defeated Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley via Pinfall. During the match, Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair had miscommunications and at the end, both argued and starts brawl. Flair got upper hand and hits natural selection, then, Nikki Cross pins Rhea Ripley for victory. After the match, Charlotte Flair looks at Rhea Ripley while Nikki Cross and Auska stood the announcers table and starts celebrating.
– Mansoor defeated Drew Gulak via Pinfall.
– Riddle at backstage and Randy Orton shows up and gives key to speak. Riddle says has match tonight against Kofi Kingston but he wants to sit-down with a Whopper form Burger King and eat. Riddle continues to ranting about how he wants to be the road buddies with Orton when WWE goes back on the road. Orton quiets him. Riddle asks if he’s coming with him to be at ringside, Orton says he wasn’t sure. Orton quiets Riddle again and throws key into the dustbin. Riddle looks upset and rides off with his scooter.
– Kofi Kingston defeated Riddle via Pinfall. After the match, Kofi Kingston starts celebrating with Xavier Woods and Riddle sits at ringside, disappointed Orton looks at him.
– Shayna Baszler is walking at backstage and Nia Jax stops her. Nia Jax says they have tense for variety of reasons, Baszler blames Alexa Bliss for sticking her nose in their business and Reginald costing them their tag team titles shot last week. Baszler asks Jax about Reginald, then, Jax says he’s recovering after Baszler’s attack.
Jax says she’s not her for argue and wanted her to help because it was the dangerous version on Alexa Bliss she ever seen. Jax says Bliss likely planning something tonight. Baszler says she’s isn’t afraid of little Blonde girl with stupid doll. Baszler says Jax might want to help her old friend tonight as Baszler shows Bliss what happens when you cross the Queen of Spades and Baszler walks off.
– Alexa Bliss in the ring with set up of Alexa’s Playground. Bliss is sitting on the swing and talks about apparently making a new friend tonight but Lilly doesn’t agree with her. Alexa Bliss talks about how new friends come in different shapes and blood types but music hits here comes the Shayna Baszler and sits on swing.
Bliss says Lilly wants to give her a chance to be their new friend but all she wants to do is apologize the Lilly. Baszler can’t believe that Bliss wants her to apologize to a doll, calling her more delusional than she looks. Baszler says Alexa Bliss is to blame for Reginald’s accidents, that ultimately cost her and Nia Jax not running as tag team champions. Bliss laughs and says she never do such things, she wants all of them to be friends.
Alexa Bliss changes her tone and says it would be Baszler’s interest to apologize Lilly. Baszler takes Lilly from Bliss and says sorry Lilly is just a stupid doll. Then, Alexa Bliss attacks Baszler and brawl breaks out, Bliss rolls to the floor. Shayna Baszler puts her foot on Lilly and stares at her and stomps Lilly. Then, ThunderDome stars flickering and Baszler retreats to the floor goes on the ramp but series of explosions goes off on the ramp. Bliss laughs from the ring.
Baszler walking at Backstage and lights flickering still. Some objects falls from up barley missing Baszler. Another part of set falls over just missed Baszler. Now, Baszler is walking around and saying it’s just a stupid doll. She locks herself in the room and says it’s not happening but suddenly lights started flickering. Baszler sees Lilly on the mirror, she shatters the mirror and screams. Lilly is still seem in the broken glass and Baszler screams once again and Raw goes off air.
