Tonight’s WWE NXT is live from WWE Capitol Wrestling Center in Performance Center at Orlando, Florida. WWE announced three matches for tonight’s show.
• Pete Dunne vs. Johnny Gargano vs. Kyle O’Reilly in Triple Threat #1 contender match for NXT Championship
• MSK vs. Legado Del Fantasma for NXT Tag Team Titles
• NXT Cruiserweight open challenge by Kushida
Here The WWE NXT Full Matches And Results With Short Review:
– Pete Dunne vs. Johnny Gargano vs. Kyle O’Reilly #1 contender match ended in no contest after Adam Cole interference. Adam Cole attacked every competitor with steel chair, then, NXT General Manager William Regal came out with security and ordered Adam Cole to back.
– Ember Moon rushes towards the ring with mic, William Regal and security still at the ringside. Ember Moon calls out NXT Women’s Champion Raquel Gonzalez for what she did to Shotzi BlackHeart on last week’s NXT. Raquel Gonzalez came out and brawl broke out, Regal and security separated them.
They took Raquel to the ramp but from behind Dakota Kai attacked Ember Moon in the ring. Regal checks Moon and Kai joins Gonzalez on the stage.
– Legado Del Fantasma cuts promo about their NXT Tag Team Titles match against MSK.
– Jake Atlas defeated LA Knight via Pinfall. During the match, Cameron Grimes helped Atlas while Ted DeBiase was at Knight’s corner. After the match, Grimes had smile and Ted DeBiase wasn’t happy with Knight.
– Pete Dunne, Johnny Gargano and Kyle O’Reilly was checking on the trainers room. Oney Lorcan came in and yells that if it wasn’t about Adam Cole, then, Pete Dunne would be the #1 contender. Austin Theory rushes in and disagrees with Lorcan and says Johnny Gargano would be the #1 contender. Theory and Oney Lorcan started brawl until security seperated them.
– Mitchell McKenzie at backstage with Ted DeBiase and asks did he find out who is worthy of his Million Dollar legacy tonight. DiBiase says LA Knight dropped the ball tonight while Cameron Grimes proved that he has the brains to go with the brawn. Ted DeBiase says he’s looking for someone with both. We see Adam Cole walking out of nowhere, it seems he’s heading towards ring.
– Adam Cole in the ring talks about his NXT Championship reign and now, we’re looking for the real #1 contender. Cole says from two months he was seeing everyone but didn’t live upto his legacy. He took out three top NXT superstars in one night and this means he wants his NXT Title back. Then, he cuts promo about NXT Champion Karrion Kross.
Music hits, here comes the NXT Champion Karrion Kross, he calls Cole a little man. Kross says ever since he signed with NXT, Cole no longer become special and Cole knows that. Cole says Kross says isn’t Adam Cole and never will be. Cole says NXT has done everything possible to make Kross feel special… with the entrance, the fog, the girl, but what do they do to make Cole feel special? They ring the bell.
NXT General Manager William Regal came out and says he saw everything Adam Cole had done, he’s trying to insert in his title match but it didn’t works. Kross shut ups Regal. Kross says he doesn’t care what Regal or Cole thinks, this is about what Kross wants to do. Kross asks is everyone is in the match and he doesn’t want Cole to get out of his ass kicking. Regal smirks and says the match is done. Cole taunts Kross from ringside and throws bottle at him and left to backstage.
– McKenzie Mitchell at backstage with NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell and asks them about Poppy coming back to NXT. LeRae can’t believe they are talking about Poppy and goes on about Johnny Gargano going to beat Karrion Kross at NXT Takeover and wonders why NXT is bringing Poppy back. LeRae wonders if Poppy is trying to become the next Bad Bunny or something? Indi Hartwell distracted and listening to music on her headphones – 80’s love ballads and they walks off.
– Kushida defeated Carmelo Hayes via submission and successfully retained his WWE Cruiserweight Championship. After the match, Kushida celebrates and offers his hand to Hayes. They shake hands and Kushida heads to backstage.
– Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell defeated Zayda Ramier and Zoey Stark and successfully retained their NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles.
– Mercedes Martinez cuts promo about Xia Li.
– Mitchell McKenzie at backstage with Ember Moon, who looks upset over what happened earlier. Moon says she can’t understand why dominant women’s champion Raquel Gonzalez keeps having Dakota Kai to fight her battles. She’s going to start taking out pieces Gonzalez, starts from next week by her insurance policy, Kai. Then, she is going to take NXT Women’s Championship from Raquel Gonzalez at NXT Takeover.
– MSK defeated Legado Del Fantasma via Pinfall and successfully retained their NXT Tag Team Titles. During the match, Escobar tried to interfere but Bronson Reed took him out. After the match, Bronson Reed and MSK celebrates and raises title high on the stage and staring at Legado Del Fantasma in the ring and NXT goes off air.
